Meatless Meals (by Deb Bliss)
Join to learn some healthy & meatless menus. All are welcome. Who can come? Everyone, children included. You don't have to live in Spencer. What will we do? For the first 45 minutes we will prepare a meatless meal together; for the next 45 minutes we will eat it. We are not selling any product or philosophy.
